    • No, all of the information that we receive from our clients is strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, transfer or convey your personal information to any unaffiliated companies or third parties, unless you ask us to – meaning if you’d like us to refer you to a mortgage broker or banker, you can ask us to forward your information to them.
  9. How long does it take to repair my credit?
    • Our client’s typically start seeing result within first 30-45 days. Because each case is different, some clients may need to stay with us for 2-4 month, and some others might need to be with us a bit longer, but nothing longer than 6 months.
  10. How do I cancel my service with Creditier?
    • You can cancel your service with us at anytime, remember, there are no commitments, if you don’t like how things are going, you free to leave as you please. Simply send us an email/fax or just call and we’ll cancel your account with Creditier, Inc. right away.
  11. Where can I get all three of my credit reports for free - Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion?
    • Go to the Annual Credit Report Request Website and follow the instructions for getting your credit reports online from each one of the credit bureaus. If you have trouble online, you can also download the mail in request form and simply mail out your request via the old fashioned way. This is a great first step for beginners. Hey, after all, how can you fix or repair your credit, if you don’t even know what’s on it!?

The process

  1. One of our credit geniuses will review and analyze your credit report during the credit interview. Second, we will go over your personal credit goals so that we could select a credit repair program that is right for you.
  2. Then, once we select the appropriate program, we begin working on your credit immediately! Our credit genius repair staff will put together custom credit bureau and direct creditor disputes, requests for validation, requests for additional information, and several other techniques that will yield fast results that will not only clean up your credit report, but will also boost your credit scores.
  3. Once everything is ready to be sent out, we will use either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to send off and track your letters. We are very big on tracking and we know use the law that mandates that the credit bureaus – Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion – respond within a 30 day window to every request that we sent them (on your behalf). The 30 day window holds true for creditors too, and they know we’re counting the days!
  4. After we’ve submitted everything, we await the responses from the credit bureaus - Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion – while also checking and monitoring your credit for changes, if you have a credit monitoring service subscription, which most of our clients do.
  5. Once we receive the responses, we review them to see if all of the derogatory items have been removed, and if not, we put together another dispute package, using completely different tactics and applicable laws and do this again. Over the years that we’ve been in business, we’ve noticed that it has been taking less and less time for us to completely, yes completely, clean up our clients credit reports.

    • Yes, every credit repair cycle (every 3545 days), you must forward us you dispute results. You will receive one envelope containing your dispute results from each credit bureau. We will provide several postage paid envelopes for your convenience. All you have to do is put those letters into this envelope and send them to us as soon as you get them.
  5. Are there other steps to take except for credit repair to raise my credit score quickly?

  1. The first step is to gather all of your credit cards that you would like to settle.
